A: Our standard package is Pearl cottom packed all frames and outside use air bubble , wooden carton is also available.
If the windows/doors were damaged when you received, please send photos and we will replace you with new ones freely.
Q6: What if you send me the wrong doors/windows?
A: Shop drawings should be sent to you for final conformation before production. But if we send you the wrong products, we will replace you with
new ones freely.
Q7: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 30~35 days, it is according to your quantity.
